My recent visit to the Waldorf, MD location was enjoyable and satisfying. Mr. James Bonds assisted me during my visit. Mr. Bonds definitely enhanced my experience. He was patient, knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and experienced. His customer service skills are impressive and very much appreciated. Mr. Bonds assisted me with staying within my financial expectations. I chose a wood that I really like and the price was under what I could afford to spend. Very pleased.

Great overall experience! Was hoping for better sale but pricing was reasonable. Associate Travis was on point from his communication, knowledge, suggestions, etc. He definitely helped to make a pretty smooth transaction! Thanks again!

Good morning my name is Dr Sharon Russell and I want to extend a review to Marquez that works at the Waldorf Maryland location. He is an amazing, highly proficient, knowledgeable, professional individual that I would highly highly recommend working with. He has excellent customer service skills , complete follow up with a solution to every question. He was patient with all of my flooring needs and I was truly impacted by the profound services that I received from him.
