My recent visit to the Waldorf, MD location was enjoyable and satisfying. Mr. James Bonds assisted me during my visit. Mr. Bonds definitely enhanced my experience. He was patient, knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and experienced. His customer service skills are impressive and very much appreciated. Mr. Bonds assisted me with staying within my financial expectations. I chose a wood that I really like and the price was under what I could afford to spend. Very pleased.

He is an amazing, highly proficient, knowledgeable, professional individual that I would highly highly recommend working with. He has excellent customer service skills , complete follow up with a solution to every question. He was patient with all of my flooring needs and I was truly impacted by the profound services that I received from him. This gentleman if he has not received a raise needs to be given one immediately because he is phenomenal!
