They were able to get my wife's car in without delay. Provided much needed information on needed work. Got the work done in a timely manner. Always great prices. Always professional. Highly recommend JJ's.
It was amazing and fast service. I went there for MD safety inspection. Leny helped to get inspection as soon as possible she can even when they are fully packed. I would say that was the cleanest car service shop in my life. The work area and waiting area so clean, staff is so kind and very helpful. I would suggest to everyone.
Very professional service starting with the customer service advisor (Leny) she is so welcoming and professional. They set the expectation on when my car will be ready and they meet the expectations, I am very happy with the service they provided.
