They did an amazing job both times I with too them . The first time I went to J.J.’s they had to keep my car over the weekend and they got me a Lyft to take me wherever I wanted to go . I trust my car with them .

I reserved an appointment online Saturday for Sunday. I was running a little later than my scheduled appointment, so I called and let J.J.'s know I would be a little late. The friendly staff answered the phone told me no problem and to drive safe and they'd see me when I got there. I got there and there was no shortage of cars when I got there. I brought my truck in at a very busy holiday time and i understood that there it would take some time for parts to come in and work to be performed.
