Service not bad, I like my brows but you have to tell them exactly what you want. I left a 3 b/e this is the 2nd time I’ve gone up there and the hours did not match what is online which is a huge inconvenience. I don’t think they open until 11 but hours on Google say 9am. I’ve gone at 9 and 10 and they still weren’t open. I called multiple times and no one answered. Please update the hours so we don’t get confusedService: Eyebrow threading

I normally go to Eyebrow Designer every other month to get my eyebrows cleaned up, I've been going to this establishment for about 4 years now. Typically, I like for the short lady (I know this is a broad statement but once you see who works at the shop, you will know who I'm talking about) to service me. She is gentle and friendly. Unlike the taller lady who works there, she's rough and doesn't have the best attitude at times. Great customer service is key. All in all, the process is about 5-10 minutes max. I try my best to go when it isn't rush hour, since there are only two people who work there, you might have a wait if you go during rush hour. Even on Saturday mornings when they open at 10am, there's normally a small group waiting for the ladies to open up.

The lady was very nice. However, I asked her to just clean up my eyebrows and that I like them on the thicker side and she did the exact OPPOSITE of what I said. Gave me really thin eyebrows. And then when I said they were too thin she said "thinner?" I will not be going back.
