I would highly recommend working with this company. Very thorough. I hired him to inspect for mold, which is a situation where you need someone who knows what they are doing. This is the right company for that!

We hired CLHI to inspect a potential home that we submitted an offer on, only for Ted to basically SAVE OUR LIVES by finding that the water heater, furnace and duct work wasn't installed properly. Our inspector was very well versed on everything pertaining to the home and it's surroundings. He was extremely honest and forthcoming about every aspect of the house. Although that wasn't the house for our family (due to a laundry list of pricey problems our inspector found) CLHI will be inspecting the next potential home for us next week. I would recommend this company to anyone.
