About Aa Dependable Appliance
Aa Dependable Appliance is a business known for their reliable service and skilled technicians. They work on various appliance brands and models, and do their best to ensure customer satisfaction. One customer had a wall oven's control panel replaced in a reasonable time frame. Another customer, named Lucky, provided great service at a fair price, fixing a junction box issue, a broiler problem, and identifying an underlying issue with a washer, saving the customer thousands of dollars. The technician, Lucky, is praised for his professionalism, efficiency, kindness, and workmanship. Aa Dependable Appliance's service includes dishwasher repair.
I had some experience with this company when I had home warranty. If memory is correct I think they replaced the control panel of our wall oven. It was fairly decent turn around time given the circumstance. I understand the techs experience as I used to be a service tech in my previous jobs. The big difference is in my previous industry I only service one brand and 5-6 models. The appliance techs work on several brands and multiple models so it is almost guaranteed they dont have the parts they need on hand. They really do their best because the only way the customer is satisfied is when they have fixed the issue.
Lucky did a great job at a great value. He found the issue with the junction box, fixed the broiler, and identified the underlying issue with the washer, all for a few hundred dollars. Saved thousands and extended the life of my appliances.
The tech Lucky came out and was so professional and efficient along with very kind. I appreciate his service and admire his workmanship. Thanks AA Dependable!Service: Dishwasher repair
