Werner is always responsive and never fails to assist me with my technical problems. He usually knows the answer as soon as I describe the problem. However, in the couple of times he did not know the immediate answer he quickly found it. He never disappoints and is great on both MACs and PCs. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs technical support!!
