I was extremely impressed with Mr. Arrington's professionalism. Once provided with my issues, my laptops serial number, and model #, he quickly provided me a written analysis complete with part & labor cost as well as advising me the best route to take based on the age of my computer. Couldn’t recommend V-Tec enough. Where most people would find one problem, fix it, and be done, Werter didnt stop there. He was extremely thorough and found multiple different problems with my system and fixed them all. His experience and passion for the work really shows. He explains everything very well, in a way that anyone could understand. I will not hesitate to use him again in the future if anything comes up, but do not anticipate having to do so because of all the work he did, and information he gave me about my system.
