Physical Therapists in Upper Marlboro

“Before my rotator cuff surgery, I went to a physical therapy location with a nice staff, but they lacked equipment and space. Post surgery, I wanted to find a new place with better equipment to help give me better rehab options. Physical & Sports Rehab looked like the spot for me based on the pictures online, but the in person experience was much better than I could imagine.

Within the first five minutes of being around staff, they were already greeting me by my surname. They are courteous, very knowledgeable, and they listen to my feedback. My first day in, I couldn't extend my right arm up to reach my head to perform a stretch. I told the staff, and they came up with an alternate way for me to do the stretch instead to work around my limitations.

The workout area is spacious and has a good amount of equipment, with most of the machines being Matrix brand, which was a pleasant surprise. The therapists were great in developing a plan for me while taking a careful approach with my shoulder. I was able to put my trust in them, and my doctor recently remarked that my progress is coming along nicely (yesterday without thinking, I touched the top of my head with my right arm).

I'm grateful to everyone at Physical & Sports Rehab for getting me to this point, and I look forward to seeing how much better I'll continue to progress with them.“
