I have been going to this location for years was not aware of a new policy or management whereas towing is permitted, however upon calling this tow company the first guy I spoke to was very nice though he had to be the bearer of what most of us don’t want to hear 175 this gentleman was nice and was wanting to help and was willing to stay around for me to get my car , due to my illness( cancer) I told the gentleman o was not coming tonight and that I would be there next day following my treatment. I get to this location to retrieve my car at 3:30 pm call the number as there are no signage to say who or where #18 is . I called the number and the guy was extremely rude...read full review

Predatory behavior from truck drivers ! Towed my car and when I showed up to get it he had no paperwork for me & only wanted cash AND the office was closed that day !! Watch out for this company

If I could give the double zero stars I would. Very unprofessional and rude. They towed my car from my complex because they were too lazy to look at my windshield.When I went to pick up my car the guy was so unprofessional, rude and argumentative. The female with him was standing in a ready to attack mode (just ghetto).I don’t understand how these businesses stay in operation with employees who don’t need to be working with people.I also don’t understand why other businesses hire them, if you look at their reviews, they speak volumes. We gotta do better people.
