We are two years late for this review, but better late than never. My wife and I had Livewell Outdoors build our backyard pool/spa and home outdoor landscaping. To say that we are very happy is an understatement. I know that sometimes you can say reviews can be seen as “too good to be true.“ However, in this case, Livewell is too good, and we’re telling the truth. They did a fantastic job with everything — from the planning, execution, workmanship, to the follow-through. Livewell Outdoors was our obvious choice after meeting with multiple pool companies. From the first conversation I had with them, I always felt taken care of and like they had my family’s best interest at heart. I saw that in the decisions they helped us make during the design process - advising us against certain features that just weren’t right for us. I also saw it in the way they made things right when the unexpected happened (you never know what you will find when you start digging!).

LiveWell Outdoors recently renovated the back of my house into a beautiful and highly functional entertainment area. Once I contacted the staff, I was pleasantly surprised by their professionalism, knowledge and commitment. In fact, I was assured by the designers, the build would be unique and spectacular. I had some requests which may have been a little odd at first, but LiveWell’s courteous, experienced and efficient construction crew was a joy to deal with.
