We had grease and soot marks on the carpet near the fireplace hearth. The technician used a specialized carbon-cutting pre-spray and hot water extraction to wipe away the black smudges completely.

A dropped bowl of spicy chicken biryani left bright yellow turmeric stains and red chili oil across our light-gray living room carpet on a humid Sunday. The technician applied a specialized light-activated pigment reducer, carefully warming the fibers to break the chemical bond of the spice dyes. The stubborn yellow spots vanished entirely, saving us from having to hide the area with furniture.
