J & L Towing and Recovery has been proudly providing residential and commercial towing services and recovery to the residents of Prince George's County since 2004. They offer a wide range of services, including towing, roadside assistance, snow emergency towing, tire changes, jump starts/battery service, retrieving keys locked in cars, fuel delivery, accident recovery and equipment transport, and parking control services. After my car was towed because I was incorrectly told by a building employee that I could park there, Vincent (“Vinny”) from the towing company went above and beyond with his customer service. I was extremely upset and crying after realizing I had been given the wrong parking information, and he kindly came back around and gave me a ride to the tow lot. They towed my car legally ( not mad about that) but when I arrived to pick it up nobody is on-site. So they are towing cars and not available when you are ready to pick your car up! I got dropped off assuming I would just pick my car up and leave as normal when you get towed. I had to wait in alley alone for about 30 minutes until someone arrive. Of course they didn't give a discount.
We called AAA for help and they sent Ben of J & L towing. What a great guy. He didn’t just load up our jeep but to an interest in getting us going. He didn’t several basic things finally tapping on the starter and that did it. Thank you Ben !! I’ll always call and recommend J & L. Truly. Pete
