I will definitely be recommending Akimyo Russell to my friends and family. She was very knowledgeable while being professional and kind. I never felt rushed like at my previous primary doctor and she really listened to my concerns. I feel extremely blessed to have found her and be under her care. UPDATE!!!!!! As of 4/14/2026 I have a very different opinion of this establishment as do many others I see. They are very unprofessional. You message your doctor which mine was Dr. Russell and she never messaged me back. Natalie Tukpah is the most amazing PA I have ever had in over 50 years. She is intelligent, informative, kind, gentle and overstanding. She listens and keeps her word. She is thorough.

My experience was great from check in, triage, my visit, and check out! The staff were very friendly and professional. My visit with provider was top tier, she’s very knowledgeable and listened to me and all my concerns. I would recommend her to everyone!
