They never came. We waited for hours in the middle of the road. They kept saying the driver was on the way but never showed. I kept calling to see when they would be here and they stopped answering. Never even picked up the phone. Disgusting place. Stay away!!!

I see lots of bad reviews buy I had great service from Colonial today. They arrived within the estimate (60-90 minutes). Driver was very careful with the classic car they towed. Absolultely no complaints. I did not pick Colonial, as they were assigned by my auto club (Hagerty) but I have no comlaints.

I work for a roadside assistance company and it's the same story every time they get assigned, 120min eta once that expires, that are busy doing another tow 45 min away. I'm sick and tired of them
