I had lost my only key fob and was locked out of my car with no way to get back home. I was seriously stressing about being able to get home, especially with it being a Sunday and most car dealerships being closed.Kenneth was able to get someone out there to help me out, and in an hour I was driving home. He was professional, courteous, and very communicative (which I find can be a rarity in this business). He was able to get me a good deal, and more than that, he was able to give me peace of mind in a very stressful situation.Hopefully, I won't have to be in this position again, but I know if I am in a sticky situation, that I found a reliable person to call.
