I became a new client 9 days prior to the tax deadline bringing my complicated situation of married filing separately and they welcomed me with open arms without judgement and with a lot of empathy and patience, especially during the busiest times of the year. I love that they provided a detailed checklist of the things that were needed and run their office paperless, providing a portal to upload information. I also appreciate the educational given, especially when I was new to filing business taxes.
