I have always had a great experience with this location. There is one near the Morgan campus that is closer to me but I prefer the location on Taylor. Employees have always attended to me quickly and with a smile.

I have been a very long client of Zip Cleaners on Taylor Avenue. The people there are always very friendly and professional. I love the service and the outstanding work that the employees do on a daily basis. Job well done.

I used to love the Loch Raven Zips Cleaner until I turned in $150 worth on clothes. In that bunch of clothes, I forgot to retrieve my silver and green bracelet and ring from my blue sweater. When I asked about it after picking up my clothes, the manager said it would take 2 days to check the machines. He called me back after two days and said he didn't find my bracelet or ring. These items were very expensive and sentimental to me. This left a bad impression for them and a sad ? impression for me because I know that my lost was someone's gain!
