I bought a used dress with a complex fabric that I wanted to get altered. I went to two other places that turned me down, telling me that what I wanted was not possible. I came to Value Cleaners right before they closed and Lucy took a look at my dress for 15 seconds and told me that she would call me in 2 days. I got a call from her first thing the very NEXT MORNING that the dress was ready. I also dropped off a wool coat that had a hole in one of the pockets and when I got it back the hole had been patched! Absolutely will be going back. Thank you Lucy!

For years, I had a tailor who sadly passed away. After an extensive search for a replacement, a friend recommended Lucy, and Cho and I must say, they are the best seamstress I’ve ever used. Outstanding customer service and impeccable quality of work. Highly recommended.

I went to pick up my dry cleaning last Tuesday but they were closed for Election Day. :-( OK. I waited another couple of days and went and picked up my dry cleaning. First, if you bring 4 items, you get 20% off! I did not know this as a first-time customer so they knocked 10% off of my total which was unexpected and so kind. My coats were absolutely perfect. They really cleaned up well and I was 100% pleased with the quality of the dry cleaning. YAY! I found my new go-to dry cleaner and it is so close to my house. Thank you Value Cleaners off of Loch Raven Blvd in Towson! :-)
