I went in to U Break I Fix to get my phone a good cleaning and a check up. They had the most amazing fro t desk person. Sooooo nice and she was really cool to talk to. She looked at my phone and brought it in the back and in like 15-20 mins she came back with my phone. I was so grateful to have my phone back with everything working and they where fast to. U Break I Fix YOU ROCK?????

The staff are professional and personable at this location. They repaired generation 9 iPad for me. It was not an easy fix but they managed to do it. This would have been a 5 out of 5 if they kept their commitments on appointment and return time. They were late with taking in my device and late with returning it. Overall, I would use them again if I need a repair especially if it is covered under insurance.
