I visited this location while I was traveling from out of state and had a great experience. The instructor was very welcoming and kind, helped explain what to expect and she was so friendly with the whole class. The group was also welcoming and the class itself was a good level of challenging. Great workout.

As a mom of three, having this time for myself has been truly priceless — it helps me relieve stress, recharge, and feel stronger both physically and mentally.

I can’t do floor exercises because I also broke my wrist…now resulting in a plate and pins to hold it together. You get the picture…and I’m blessed to have wonderful surgeons... read full review
