The specialist were great who gave me the tests, the technician that worked with the doctor was superb & Dr Thompson was exceptional. I was quite impressed with his assessment & the professional manner that he & his technician blended their responsibilities together. I was pleased with their care.
CONCERNS: The front-desk women may need a little coaching. There is a real disconnect due to the kiosk & their inability to welcome people coming in the office. One woman gave me a few pages to fill out & she was rather nice. The other woman, not so much. I was recommended to see them after my annual eye exam revealed a detached retina!
Dr Thompson was great. Not only did he get me right in, after my exam he even performed the procedure right then and there!
Detached retina repaired. No side effects and painless.

My ophthalmologist recommended Retina Specialists to determine and treat an issue he had difficulty diagnosing. They gave me an 'emergency' appointment. The ophthalmologist seeing me took pictures and when he returned to the room, introduced me to his partner who would be operating on my detached retina in two days. The recovery has taken many months, but I have my sight and am completely functioning. Couldn't be more pleased with the care.
