    My fiancée wanted to get gel nails at this location because it was listed online for a cheap price (roughly $35-45). We ended up paying $80, without explanation as to why, which is unacceptable.

    The good: our nail tech was very careful to ensure the nail color and design was exactly what was asked for.

    The bad: Lots. The nails given were NOT GELS, but ACRYLICS, which was a different price and could potentially cause a customer to have an allergic reaction.     I got my nails done today originally I wanted overlays replaced and cut down. Cindy took off the acrylic part with care of my natural nails which are long. Because of her poor performance while working on my nails, I had to start all over. I was charged $93.00 she is not a good nail tech the nails are uneven and way too short. Off to a new nail shop for me!

    I requested to have my acrylics removed. I got hurt SO MUCH. I have small, thin hands and I barely felt care from this nail tech. It literally felt someone was shoveling and digging through my nails/cuticles. The nail tech did not even say sorry but simply said it'll heal eventually. It has been 5 days and it still hasn't healed. If I could give 0 star, I would. I am never coming back to this salon.
