First time customer that based off of rave reviews decided to bring my Acura TL SH-AWD to Jimmy and have the timing belt, water pump, and brakes/rotors replaced. I’m very particular with who I allow to work on my vehicle and I will say I was extremely pleased with the communication, professionalism, and honesty that he and his team displayed. He was very personable as well saved me money on some things that didn’t need to be replaced. You don’t find too many shops that display this type of integrity anymore. I will for sure be back in the future, but also recommending Japanese Car Care to all friends and family. Thanks again to Jimmy and his staff.
My wife has always had a good, honest experience when having her car serviced here. As the name states, they do not work on domestic vehicles. If you have a Japanese import this is the place to go. You will find Jimmie to be very reasonable, and as I mentioned, an honest man with integrity. I heartily recommend this shop!
I went to this place for the first time this morning and my experience was amazing. The Check Engine light had come on, and they did find out it was an expensive repair. But Jimmy told me that this expensive repair could be delayed for a long while without any problems whatsoever. I was really impressed with his honesty in telling me that, as money is tight. And because the car has a ton of miles on it, so I wasn't sure if an expensive repair was worth it. Now I know it's not urgent and I have a while to figure it out. He was so efficient too - I only spent 15 minutes there total. It's a locally-owned independent business too, which always feels good to support....read full review
