Eric is ever cheerful, professional, and encouraging--especially when Dad is feeling less than 'hale and hearty' and may not be inclined to be his normal co-operative self. Homeinstead was recommended by Carepatrol for my father. They have been beyond helpful. Eric and Michelle have helped with my father's care in numerous ways. First, attention to detail in keeping him clean and helping with physical rehab activities. Over the course of 2 years we have had many cnas, Eric and Michelle have surpassed all cumulatively. In addition, the stress of taking full time care of a family member can be overwhelming. These 2 have helped instruct my mom how to care for my father.
