Valerie the hair stylist is very friendly,talented and engaging. She always does a good job and I always have a good conversation with her. Crystal always remembers my name. Everyone is really friendly here.

This has been the most incredible experience!! I cannot express enough gratitude and satisfaction towards the Towson staff. I went to HairClub in Georgia as a child and my experience was not the best. Needing to use the service as an adult caused me such anxiety, which was quickly eased by the incredibly patient and knowledgeable staff. They tailored my plan based on my needs and desires. Because I have a condition where my hair does grow back, I wanted a physical barrier for a few months to allow my hair to grow healthily. Jen, and Ashley made styling appointments fun and fabulous. The Hair Club of Towson is a wonderful place! I've been a Hair Club client for 9 years & my current stylist Dee is phenomenal! She is a professional stylist in every way. Dee is very knowledgeable regarding their systems & hair care in general. She is a warm & caring lady. Crystal is also pleasant & willing to assist in any way she can. I would recommend this location to anyone interested in becoming a Hair Club client!
