I've been a customer for 54 years. Always professional. Today I was most impressed with their technology upgrades for my exam. So friendly and personal. I love going in for a tune up or new glasses case for which they never charge.

I don’t write a lot of reviews but I really felt the need for Clark Appler Optical. I have not gone into a business and had this level of support and help in years. All the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. John Appler is particular is outstanding. He helped diagnose an issue with my script, worked through issues with me, and followed up with everything. He really knows about vision and eyes as well as any refractor or doctor. So much experience at Clark Appler. I highly recommend this business!

I decided to get a second pair of prescription sunglasses and I focused in on Maui Jims, and glasses that were more suited for golf. On the day I went in, I located the ones I wanted. The assistant that day said I might want to wait for the upcoming Trunk Show, and I would save a little bit. I did come back, gave the staff my latest script and about 10 days later I had my new glasses. Very easy! BTW, on the first day I wore the glasses, I flew in to a golf hole from 84 yards my 3rd shot for an Eagle! Thanks!
