I, Richard Lewis, had an unloving father whom would berate as as nd talk about him in a condescending manner. This passed on to the CPA who in the past stated, Who would want to live with (name withheld ). The CPA had no concerns that each month his monthly distribution would be late most of the time consequently diminishing his credit score due to the negligence and apathy at BAIRD. I urge Steve Booth to assess this office to educate the CPA’s to be more disability friendly. I find BAIRD to be a non friendly entity that should reevaluate its policy and make sure that the company has the necessary adjustments for those with disabilities.
