We needed to sell a property for a family member and had no idea how to do it. Kristina, and the DiBari Johnson Group, were recommended to us. We knew nothing about them but after meeting with Kristina, we took a deep breath and dove in. Wow, probably the best financial decision that we could have made for the family member. If you are looking for a realtor, Kristina Johnson is the agent to hire! She was incredibly helpful while selling my mom's house. She gave outstanding advice on how to prepare the home prior to listing and even helped secure a wonderful contractor to do the work. Kristina even shoveled the sidewalk when we had snow! Once the house was listed, she held an open house as well as conducted numerous personal showings. We received several contracts and locked in one of them within 3 days of the house being on the market. Settlement was within a short period of time. This could not have been a better experience!
