Marie Hoppa and Janai where the best helpers I've ever had. Maria is my usual she's been out for a while I'd love to have her back soon I hope Charlisa and Udoka are also good. I would like to alternate one week Charlisa, next week Udoka but office hasn't scheduled me correctly.
My mom is very pleased with the service she receives. I am pleased as her daughter and caregiver because she is pleased. I can see she is being well cared for and my experience communicating with Channel is that she is pleasant, caring, respectful and does a great job. I am also very impressed with the knowledge and recommendations from the visiting Nurse to help us better care for mom at home.
