Great place, the eyeglasses area was very patient on selecting glasses, the doctors are great and easy to understand. I couldn't ask for a better place to go, they are my number one place for me.

I went to my appointment and the doctor and staff were nice. Then the billing department did not run my appointment through my insurance and kept trying to Bill me $550. I called them to speak to them about it, and the person that I talked to said that they would take care of it. I then received another bill for $550. That happened five times and they kept telling me that I couldn't get my lenses until I paid $550. I called my insurance and they said that they do cover my lenses and appointment. It was easy to make an appointment over the phone, and because I completed my forms ahead of time, the wait was short on the day of my appointment. I was seen by a tech within 10 minutes, then taken back to a room for further evaluation before waiting for the doctor. All of my concerns were addressed, and I appreciate that the treatment plan was conservative, meaning there was no pressure to buy any glasses or additional services. All in all, the entire visit took about an hour.
