Received a facial from Nanci and it could not have been better! She was very knowledgeable, thorough, and had great ideas on how to meet my skin goals, even with eczema and sensitive skin issues. From the friendliness of the front desk staff to the cleanliness of the rooms, the experience was incredible. I love that they offer samples of their water flavoring drops next to their bottled water machine. Some of the flavors they sell include Green tea peach, coconut, watermelon, and blueberry white tea. It was great to be able to try a sample! After the facial, Nanci developed a written home plan for my skin. Unfortunately, they were sold out of one product, but they put me on a call list to personally notify me when it is back in stock. I love not having to remember to keep calling back to ask and really feel the VIP care they take with their clients. They have a significant discount for first time facials/massages and were offering a Christmas in July special so you could continue to receive treatments at the same discounted price. However, even at the normal price, the visit was worth every penny. You truly felt the attention to detail and like it was your own personal spa. The experience couldn't have been any lovelier. I wasn't rushed and am excited to try my new skin care routine. Their scheduling has great availability so you don't have to plan weeks in advance. I am ecstatic to have connected with Nanci thanks to a recommendation on a community FB page. 100% recommend! Your face, hands, shoulders, etc will thank you.
Do yourself a favor and schedule a Facial with Tay! Totally incredible experience! Perfect service, perfect products, perfect talented practitioner, perfect results. She could teach a Master Class in how to do this. So relaxing! My skin looks and feels 10 years younger! Thanks Tay, for being so awesome! Lovely staff here at this beautiful spa location too!
