Green Spring Internal Medicine

I have been a patient of Dr Dahlman’s for over 8 years. She is hands on, accessible and an excellent diagnostician. I am always seen, when appropriate and my calls and requests for orders are handled promptly. Her partner Dr Nyak is equally competent. Her staff are all caring and attentive. I highly recommend this medical practice.

I have a handful of significant medical conditions. When my gifted primary care doctor recently retired, options for even minimally decent primary care appeared terrifyingly bleak.
In my few months of knowing him, Dr. Nayak has been everything I could ask for and more. He is clearly brilliant, is pursuing various issues with insight and thoughtfulness — and also with great kindness. My recent phone contact with his partner Dr. Dahlman was also notably thoughtful and caring.

I am a nurse practitioner and have had nothing but positive experiences at Greenspring Internal Medicine for my primary care needs. I see Dr Nayak and he has been wonderful and very personable. I greatly appreciate the ability to be seen urgently when not feeling well rather than having to go to urgent care. The ability to be seen same day or as close to it as possible is not a commonality these days in primary care. This is actually why I left Lutherville Personal Physicians and found this wonderful practice.
