My one and only phone crashed Sunday nite and tried apps to fix it my self. Very much stressed, I decided to try the Geek Squad in Timonium. I didn't have an appointment but a very kind young man, Alex, asked about my problem. He said, don't worry, I can fix that for you. Sure enough, after patience and persistence, he did I was so happy and was ready to pay for his expertise but he said no charge and would not accept a tip. He made my day!!

honestly, could not have asked for any better service, and I appreciate it the way they explain it to me even though I was tech savvy. I actually really understand what they were talking about from the way they explain it to me.
