I’ve been here several times now and Frank’s is now my go-to for a haircut. They are very competitive and you won’t find a better cut, regardless of price.I’ve tried 3 shops in this part of town (Ridgely) and Frank’s is the best bargain. If you’re looking for an alternative to the other independent shop down the street, give this hidden gem ? a try.

I have been going to Frank for around 20 years. Fantastic barber and all around great guy. Everyone there is so friendly and they all do a fantastic job! Just to give a couple shoutouts Jay and Chuck both are awesome!!! I reccommend Frank's Place to anyone who wants a great haircut surrounded by great people!Service: Haircut

Been going to Frank's since I was a kid. Used to beg my dad to take us because they had gum or lollipops for the kids. I think everyone in there has cut my hair at some point but I prefer Frank, mostly because he somehow remembers how I like it cut every time. Its a great environment and id describe it as your standard neighborhood barbershop... except it definitely surpasses standards. the warm straight blade on the back of the neck is a nice touch and it's definitely an affordable haircut.
