I highly recommend using Floors Etc. I used them to redo the floors on the first floor of my house. They have a beautiful showroom with so many different selections. Their workers are so helpful and knowledgeable. Melanie helped me make the perfect selections for my space. The floor contractors were friendly and efficient. I’m very satisfied with the finished product!

We asked for a lot AND we got it! (and more)
We bought a house and furniture delivery was looming. However, we didn't want to compromise our interior plan just to accommodate a tight schedule. It turned out that we didn't have to do that at all. Floors-ETC came to our rescue! We wanted two pretty good sized rooms redone in hardwood. Upstairs we needed wall to wall carpet in every room. We thought our challenging project was too ambitious and doomed to failure. But thanks to Floors-ETC, our project came in ahead of schedule.
I worked with Matt Horwitz on a project for my salon. He was both helpful and patient, as we searched for what we found was, almost impossible...a floor that both looked good and was resistant to haircolor. He worked with the manufacturer's rep to come up with a solution, and it looks beautiful! For my installation, Luis, Alex and their team did an amazing job getting it done in just two days, so that I didn't have to close! The gentleman that installed my new floor worked hard, keeping things as clean as possible, with a smile on their faces! I would highly recommend the team at Floors Etc!
