OK let me put you all up on GAME Alex who is the seamstress is the truth when it comes down here to customizing, I have brought all my work pants and asked Alex to make each SLIM FIT which is Very comfortable for me while working and the kind of work I do requires allot of bending and lifting, but just recently I tried my hand with letting Alex customize my Leather motorcycle vest and he killed it; ( meaning amazing job ) the entire staff at my Oxon Hill location always extend professional courtesy and I am never disappointed.
I like zips but not fond of the one on Waldorf. Every time I pick my clothes up there’s something wrong. Who likes double creased pants. For once I would like to get my clothes with no issues. Then the clerk acted likw he had to pay for them when I asked for them to redo them.
I have consistently received superb customer service here. On very rare occasions I have had an article of clothing lost or damaged. The manner in which these truly rare instances were handled with true professionalism and to my complete satisfaction. I would also like to recognize Shanieka H. for always providing exceptional customer service, she is phenomenal. It is also great how the cleaners is decorated for special observances and holidays. Five Plus Stars! Thank you.
