Odette was amazing she was kind, detailed, fast and professional . She wash, blow dried and installed micro braids that I will turn into locs later Location has changed with braiding shop on the bottom floor and a barber shop on 1st floor. Call ahead and have pictures for the best results. I recommend her 1000%
I knew I wanted braids but had no idea where to go. I looked online and read reviews. The HBC kept coming up. I called and asked some questions. Brigitte was very helpful and scheduled my appointment for the next day. When I arrived, she was ready for me. She went over what style I wanted and in what color. Less than 3 hours later she was done with my jumbo Senegalese twists and the looked great! I asked her to put them up in a bun since it was in the 90s. Brigitte did a cute bun and I couldn't be happier. Braids were on point and most importantly MY EDGES ARE STILL LAID.
