“Greeted upon entering and very short wait time. The dental hygienist prepared me immediately with the protective drapings, addressed my comfortability, then commenced the preparation. Dr. Pilgrim and other dentists in practice address patients with sincerity: “How are you young lady(or gent)?” no matter the chronology (rather uplifting). The office, both front lobby and service rooms appear very clean and sterile. Time is taken to explain and clarify. The follow up is timely. Have not had to access the emergency line yet. Parking is available at no cost and Public transportation is accessible but no heavy traffic movement in the immediate vicinity (practice sits adjacent to a residential community).“
