Mr Bill Taylor came in, rectified a below par install by a different individual. He completed both projects for me. He is skilled, timely, professional, courteous, neat, and showed concerned for the level of service extended, products chosen and installation, and he kept me informed from arrival to end of my service. He explained any issues and answered all my questions with the knowledge of a seasoned professional. He also did a great job cleaning up after completing the work.
