Excellent vet. Appointments are not difficult to get, and if you have an emergency they see you immediately. My dog ate stuff he wasn’t supposed to, ended up needing to go to the emergency vet for potential surgery, and they called later to check on him. Very attentive, very lovely people. Reasonable prices. Recommend.
My regular vet was not available when my Rudy came down with a pancreatitis attack. Sykesville Veterinary was the only one that would see him on an emergency basis. The care and compassion shown to both me and my pup by Dr. Holcumb and staff was amazing. She was so thorough with her diagnostics, and took the time to really explain things to me. I now have a new vet! I would also say that she was very conscious of costs, and gave me various options. They also called 2 days later to check on him. I am very happy to sing their praises!
The team here has always been incredible in their service since we started seeing them. They are so kind, comforting, understanding, compassionate, and knowledgeable! Jet's health was almost at a point of no return. But thanks to the work of the techs and both vets, we have turned his condition around and kept him comfortable/happy. Thank GOD they put up with this cat. He's a demon at the vet, but the most lovable, cuddly guy at home. Thank you for not giving up on him and for your flexibility
