I had some difficulty getting the samples I needed to get my condo approvals mailed to me. In the end, I had to drive to the company's warehouse in South Miami to pick up the samples. They showed up promptly and did the installation efficiently. They could have done a better job cleaning up before they left; Lots of rubber debris was left in the sliding window tracks.
