thank You Ash and the rest of the guys at Thermal Plus! I could not have asked for a better team to replace my 2 heat pumps about 2 years ago. I also want say how much I appreciated that you got back to me late in the evening after requesting a service appointment on your website. You guys then came out early in the afternoon the next day, diagnosed the problem, did a work around fix while waiting for the part. Then you went above and beyond checking in to see if i still had heat and informed me when the part would be in. I love that you gave me an estimate when you came out. Several years ago, Thermal Plus quickly installed a new AC unit during a very hot week. We had an issue with our unit last night and they were at my house first thing this morning and the unit was fixed within 20 min! Great customer service!
