Came with a friend for the first time - my regular mani was reasonably priced and straightforward, the polish actually lasted much longer without chipping than I expected! The process/language barrier made the whole appointment experience somewhat confusing though - she left me to dry my nails in front of a small fan before moving on to do another customer's pedicure, so I was unsure when I should be paying (at my previous salon, they always ask me to pay before painting so as not to mess up the polish). My friend also had a confusing experience - she initially wanted dip but they weren't able to accommodate her at our scheduled appointment time so with the wait cutting our available time short, she opted for a regular mani instead, during which the technician repeatedly tried to upsell her back to dip..

Staff and prices are nice, but the only issue is the polish does not stick!! I have been very nice and keep coming back to support, but the gel polish literally only lasts for 4 days then it starts to crack or chip. EVERYTIME. I also don't work in a place where I have to use my hands a lot.

Had a very good experience for my first time. Ella was my nail tech and was super sweet and got my design done exactly like the picture. Very busy on a Saturday, make sure you have an appt and go early.Services: Nail art
