I called for a window inspection because I just bought a house. Dennis was able to come the same day for a free window expecting and evaluation. Dennis was very educational and explained technical issues in a down to earth and understandable way . What I liked most about LEI was their honesty. After a thorough outdoor and indoor inspection Dennis stated our windows were in great shape and estimated the age approximately 5 years old. He didn’t come in and try to say we needed to buy just to make a sale. When I was mentioned about new windows and what they would cost Dennis took the time to measure and give me a quote just for my curiosity. To me that quality alone shows LEI provides top terroir service.
