Been using Terrapin Chem Dry for many years and have never been disappointed. Although the carpet has aged, they bring it back to looking like new. Same with the sofa and recliner upholstery The service techs are knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. And, their technique thoroughly cleans the carpet without affecting the padding. Excellent cleaning, prompt service and professional. Did an excellent job cleaning out couch and love seats even with many dogs. Will be using again, much more reasonable in cost then St***ly steamers.
