We had a problem with stone patio and stairs that were installed back in 2016. We called J & G Landscape Design for the repairs in December 2023. When we called J & G for help they were very kind and sent a project manager to inspect the patio and provide an estimate. He was very professional and explained how the slope had caused the patio/stairs problem. He also recommended some features to make the stairs safer.Two workers came over as scheduled. They worked very hard and the patio and look 120% better, and all the loose stairs pavers are securely in place now. Matt who we deal with mostly is equal parts professional and personable - you will trust him immediately. Trustworthy, honest, and quick to respond to any questions I have.J & G care about their employees and it shows in the work. Wow! We had J&G install hardscape and over 300 plants, shrubs and trees, as well as irrigation. The entire crew exceeded our expectations. They went 110% and even tweaked the design and needed supplies on the spot to accommodate some unforseen issues. The plants were all vibrant and healthy. The property was left spotless every day of the four day job. And their prices were very competitive. 100% would use again.Services: Rock landscaping
