I want to start by saying that I have been a patient at this office since 2017. There have been many times I have been sick and the office has been great to either get me a virtual appointment or see me the same day. The parking at this location is great, its above an urgent care but the parking lot is never more than 3/4 full.

Checking in with a tablet was at first confusing, but once I learned the right way to get it to scan my insurance card, no issues at all.

For the first time in 2 years, had an unpleasant experience with the front desk staff. Maybe she was having a bad day, but simply asking if another provider is accepting new patients due to changing insurance for 2025 does not warrant being spoken to in a condescending manner and then being hung up on. Also, don’t underestimate what an established patient is familiar with about their doctor or the practice in general. Overall, my experience has been positive since relocating here out of state, so I’ll just chalk this up to just a bad day, at least this time.

I see Chris Constable and he is amazing. He listens to your concerns and tries to solve your problems rather than "putting a band-aid" on your problems. I have already recommended him to family and friends.
