The receptionist was the rudest I've ever met and, judging by the other reviews, she's been there for years with no action taken. The technician was wonderful but the receptionist is your first impression. She made it very clear that I was bothering her and unworthy of her time. If she were dismissed, I would give a five star review. As it is, I will just go elsewhere going forward unless she is replaced.

Never going back! My brother was sent by his Dr office today to have blood drawn. His paperwork had not arrived so he got the fax number from the lady at the counter and his Dr office faxed the forms. Lady at the counter refused to grab the paperwork off the fax (that he had watched come in). She said it has to be emailed. His Dr office said that’s how they’ve always done it. Lady at desk wouldn’t accommodate.

When the lady called me up I explained I was having trouble standing very long and she didn't care. As a matter of fact she made me wait while she hunted in her purse for something. Very little consideration for anyone having movility difficulties.Technician did a great job though.
