I would highly recommend Harrell's Services! I called them and explained that our A/C was running but not blowing cool air. I had just brought my husband home from the hospital, this was not what we were expecting to come home to, especially with a heat wave coming the next day. I spoke to a caring person on the phone who scheduled a service call for me and told me she had a technician was in my area this morning. 2 hours later, they called to say they were on their way to my house and would diagnose my cooling issue. The technician found the problem and fixed it within 20 minutes. He was thorough, honest and did not try and up sale me like a larger company... read full review

I sent an email to Harrell's on Sunday about an issue. On Monday morning I had a response with a technician at my home that afternoon. The technicians were very professional, helped put the App on my phone and addressed all of my issues very clearly. We are very pleased with their service and strongly recommend them.

Highly highly recommend! One company told us we needed to replace the entire unit $10k vs Harrell’s did a Complete diagnosis and it was just one part that needed to be replaced! Thank you !!!
