This contractor was hired in 2013 to replace my Dads roof on lower front side of home and siding on front dormer. The contractor used 25 year shingles which apparently means nothing when not installed correctly. The ceiling developed a drip and after numerous phones calls to the contractor they finally came back and attempted fix problem and promised to repair ceiling which has yet to be repaired. Less then 6 months later the ceiling collapsed from the weight of the wet drywall and insulation.
